Congrats to Jonny Cooper, Conor McHugh, Eoin Murchan and Dublin’s Senior footballers on Sundays’ Championship semi final win against Longford. Hard luck to Shane Barrett, Donal Burke and Dublin’s Senior hurlers on Saturday losing out by a point to Galway. Congrats also to Roisin Baker, Alex Griffin, Arlene Cushen, Orla Gray, Eve O’Brien, Niamh Rock, Eve O’Brien, Zoe O’Donoghue and Dublin’s Senior Camogie team on a fine opening Championship win against Offaly. Hard luck to our Senior ladies footballers on Saturday night’s Championship quarter final, just losing by a single point.
Both Junior football teams play Tuesday night with A’s against O’Dwyers in Mobhi Road at 7.45 and B’s away to Ballyboughal at 7.30. On Wednesday night Senior footballers host St Olafs in Mobhi Road at 7.45 and Senior 2’s are away to Whitehall. Thursday at 7.30 sees our AFL10’s playing Sylvesters in Collinstown at 7.30 and at 7.45 our Inter hurlers play St Finnians in Mobhi Road. Senior hurlers are away to Crumlin on Saturday at 6.30 and Junior A hurlers play Good Counsel in Collinstown on Sunday at 11. Adult football cup semi finals on Sunday in Duffy Cup at 3pm against Ballyfermot de Salle and against Round Towers Lusk at 11 in Murphy Cup. Best of luck to all teams, full fixture list on website.
Na Fianna’s 36th Mini Leagues every evening this week at 6.15 and big day on Sunday with finals day from 11am, always a great club day. Details of this year’s Na Fianna Summer Camp now on website, early booking advisable.
