Good league wins on Sunday for our AFL5’s, AFL10’s, Minor A Camogie and Minor B hurlers, well done all. Hard luck to AFL2’s, AFL8’s and Minor A hurlers. Congrats to Conor McHugh, Jonny Cooper and Dublin’s Senior footballers on maintaining unbeaten record on Saturday night. Hard luck to Leah Caffrey and Dublin’s Senior ladies and to Dublin’s Senior Camogie team including Captain Eve O’Brien, Arlene Cushen Alex Griffin, Zoe O’Donoghue and Niamh Rock losing by single point to Tipperary. On Club front, busy Sunday ahead with Adult Cup football, all four hurling teams playing in league, Senior Camogie team in Spring Cup and all three Minor football teams also in league. Best of luck to all teams, full details on website, support welcome. Great result for Na Fianna in recent GAA National Club Draw. In addition to prize of €1,000 for achieving highest sales in Leinster, we also won an additional prize of €5,000. Thanks again to all who gave great support for this year’s draw. Thanks to all those who attended last Thursday night’s Racenight fundraiser in the Club, good crowd, great night and well done to the organisers. Ticket orders for next Sunday’s NHL1 clash between Dublin and Kilkenny in Parnell Park at 3pm, should be forwarded, with money, to Padraigín Bhreathnach c/o Bar by 10pm tomorrow Tuesday 21 March. Tickets will be distributed in the Bar on Thursday 23 March between 10pm and 11pm only. Paid-up members only, no ticket orders in Lotto envelopes please, tickets will not be left with Bar staff. Ticket prices: Adults (General Admission) €12, U-16 FREE.  Registration opens this week for Na Fianna 5K Fun Run taking place 10am Good Friday, 14 April. Keep an eye during the week on for more information. Following last year’s successful launch of Rounders in Na Fianna, the start of the 2017 season is almost upon us. Sincere sympathies to the Connolly family on the passing of Mrs Agnes Connolly, Mother of Liam, Mother in law of Lisa and Grandmother of Senior footballer Eoin, Emmett, Ellen and Sadhbh (Minor ladies).
